Order/Scheduling
Terms and Conditions

  1. For the safety of myself and others, I will not attend my Cooking Cottage session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable diseases, including cold, flu, etc.
  2. I will follow all Public Health-related rules of conduct related to the use of the Cooking Cottage facilities during my assembling session.
  3. I will promptly freeze, store, and thaw my meals appropriately following the conclusion of my assembling session
  4. I will follow the cooking instructions specified on all meals.
  5. I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all my Cooking Cottage meals, unless utilizing the Cooking Cottage delivery service.
  6. I agree to release the Cooking Cottage from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Cooking Cottage meals.
  7. I will relax and enjoy myself!

Notes on Session:

Our minimum order is 12 entrées for one attending guest at a standard session. If you would like to split your meals with an attending friend, we require you to notify the Cooking Cottage regarding the number of guests attending. Due to space constraints, please e-mail info@cookingcottage.com or phone 888-380-COOK prior to the session to confirm that there is room for additional guests.

Due to varying levels of maturity in children, the Cooking Cottage will leave up to your judgment whether to bring your child to the session. Again, please confirm with the Cooking Cottage that there is room available in the session because of the space constraints.

Please bring a basket, box or large cooler to transport your food home.

At Cooking Cottage, we use the freshest ingredients in our dishes. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs, may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. Everyone's cooking devices - ovens, slow cookers, grills, gas stoves, electric stoves, etc., - operate a little differently. Please keep an eye on the entrée while it's cooking, if possible, to make sure it is cooked through, and to your desired degree of doneness.

Rescheduling /Cancellation Policy

We understand certain situations occur which may require you to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Because we place your food order prior to your session, we ask for a 72-hour notification for 100% refund. Or you may apply your payment towards a future session or a To-Go Order. If you cancel less than 72-hours before the session, you will receive a 50% refund. In the case of inclement weather (for example, a tornado warning or an ice storm), please call ahead.
